    From 275 to 150....I DID IT !
    I am so excited to say that I weighed in at 150 this morning. I DID IT ! I started out 2 years ago using Keli Robert's, KickBox BootCamp DVD,a treadmill and eating huge salads. I then hit an exercise plateau; being stuck at 190. I started exercising with Cindy Whitmarsh, Jackie Warner, Leslie Sansone, Angie Stewart and Jillian Michales. I also took all of the trainer's advice and started to write down all of my calories everyday, drink more water and un-sweetened hot tea, working out doing cardio 3 times a week and strength training 2 times a week. Right now I am doing the 30 Day Slim Down and still counting my calories; keeping them at 1,200 everyday.

    My Fitness Goals: My long term goal is to have a healthy, fit body at 40. My short term goal is to tone up and loose 10 more pounds.
    My Favorite Exercises: I love Jumping jacks, push-ups, bicycle crunches and all Yoga Warrior poses.
