Exercise Ritual:
I exercise 5 days a week. I like to use execise tv workouts and i go to snap fitness to do alot of strength training.
Procrastination Technique:
I talk to myself and tell how bad I'm gonna feel later on at work (since i work at night)not only mentally but physically and that usually gets me right out of my procrastination.
Role Model:
I love the body that victoria Beckham has and she works hard at it. Her diet is what i try to stick to which is fish, veggies, and fruit. Also my workout models are Jackie Warner and Cindy whitmarsh. They have killer abs and they keep me motivated and have helped me shape my abs as well.
Favorite Workout Accessory:
dumbells and snap fitness equipment.
Guilty Pleasure:
sweets but i try to stick to those yummy protein bars with chocolate and marshmallow and other sinful flavors.
