i sure will join your group. i know it's not easy...i was doing really well for a while, down to 169 then i fell off the wagon so now i'm trying to get back on. when doing well i do work out 5 days a week (i just started out this week, so i'm 2 for 2) and i limit my junk food to very very little, but i haven't been able to give it up 100%, but it's VERY little - like once a month. i'm looking forward to sharing stories with you!

Hi Rob, I would love to share! I did lose most of my weight with Exercise TV. I first started walking along the track at my old high school doing 5 laps, then one day I said I need to do more. My weight was 240 lbs and I was starting to get depressed. My very first Exercise Tv Trainer was Amy Dixon and I worked out using her Abs & Back workout EVERYDAY. I changed my eating habits to eating more veggies and less red meat (small changes first). I then worked up to Cindy Whitmarsh and she was just what the doctor ordered! I worked out with her before work and after using Incredible Abs and moving straight into Ab Burn. I also started a free membership at Curves in my city, but I would still go home and do my workout with Cindy. Cindy kept me motivated its like she knew when I wanted to stop for a break but I kept going. I stopped going to Curves after 1 week because I LOVED EXERCISE TV more and I was in the comfort of my own home. Not to mention I acheived more results by using Exercise TV. I added Cardioke and Walk for Weightloss and I started doing the cardio workouts 3 times a week and Cindy's workouts 2 times a week. I later found myself doing some cardio on the weekends too because not only did I see results but all my family and friends did too. My head is held soooooooo high now! My teenage nephew saw me for the first time in 2 months and his jaw dropped and then a big smile..NAE! You look sooooo different you lost weight! You look awesome! It made me feel so great! I receive so many great comments and questions on how I did it. I tell them EXERCISE TV! And I know at least 5 friends have started it now not including my sisters. I will NEVER STOP using Exercise TV! I'm a size 12 and loving it! I can't wait until I lose more. There is no way I'm going back to the old me! I'm more toned and I feel great! My energy level is through the roof. LOVE YOU MY FITNESS FAMILY!
