I think I'm just 7 lbs away from my goal weight!!!
I went for a long jog yesterday. It was kinda hard to run any faster because of the strong winds I had to fight against to keep from falling over. It was an adventure!
Hoping to get a couple more ab workouts in today! I'm pretty happy with how I've stuck to my calorie intake despite it being the weekend. I'm also sticking to my 1 soda/day!!!!
Feeling good and hoping to maintain that momentum!!
