Love Exercise TV
I love to walk outside, but since winter has arrived, I have discoved Exercise TV on demand. I do one 30-45 min. video at least 5 days a week. I love to walk with Leslie!!! She has helped to slim down my thighs and tighten my gluts!! I also enjoy the Jillian Michaels videos. They have helped to firm my arms and abs!
My Fitness Goals:
I am a member of Weight Watchers and have lost 30 lbs. since May of 09. Along with WW, I walk or do some type of activity each day. My goal is to lose 20 more lbs this year.
My Favorite Exercises:
I love to walk, do squats, and any arm exercises.
