30 Day Shred Completed
I did the one thing that I didn't think was possible when I started the 30 day shred workout. I completed the full 30 days and is very proud of myself for finishing it because there was days that I didn't want to do them, and had to force myself into doing them. Once I was finished for that day I realized how good it made me feel. I took a week off just this time as a reward for my hard work, and because of doctors orders(anemic blood count was really low), But will be starting back up today to complete it again along with adding the 3 mile walk routine in the morning, and 30 day shred at night.

My Fitness Goals: My fitness goal is to get back to my high school weight before two kids, and overall just be healthier as a family while feeling good about myself.
